4/24-手造りソーセージ
朝から気持ち良く晴れたこの日、娘は土曜日の振替休日ということで
休みのため、自分だけが幼稚園に行かなくてはならない息子は
「お姉ちゃんだけずるい」と訳の分からない理屈を並べてダダをこねて
おりましたが、渋々幼稚園へと行きました。私は、朝から店長日記の配信や
酒SHOPマガジン発行準備などいつものメニューをこなしておりました。
その間、娘は筍の皮むきをしたり、ゲームしたりと暇をつぶしている様でした。
午後からは、ママと娘は買い物と息子のお迎え、私は配達に出掛けました。
配達から戻ると、私の帰りを待ち構えていたように息子が「パパ野球やろう！」
息子と私はほとんど日課である野球を2階で、ママと娘は、娘が最近取り始めた
子供用お料理キットを使って、この日の夕食のおかず“手造りソーセージ”造りを
行っていました。皮を破かないように、慎重に、羊腸に味をつけた豚肉を詰めていき、
詰めたらねじって、腸の先を縛って、ゆでて出来あがり。
夕食のおかずとして食べましたが、とても美味しかったです。
