3/26-誠親隊全体会（総会）開催
この日は朝から曇り空ながらも雨の降る気配は感じられない春の陽気となりました。
午前中消防の樋管＆消火栓点検の予定だったのですが、仕事が入ってしまい
ましたので配達をしていました。午後からは、昨年発足したボランティア団体『誠親隊』の
通常総会に当る全体会が開催されました。前日までに何度か役員で集まって、進行、
総会資料などの打合せを重ね、この日を迎えました。前日までに総会資料を
制作→製本して（55部作りました）、2時半の開会より少し前に会場入りして、
この総会資料とお茶を各席に配って開会に備えました。
2時半開会というのに思ったよりも集まりが悪く15分ほど遅れてくる人の到着を
待ってから始まりました。第1部は全体会（=通常総会）。順調に審議が進んで
いきましたが、所々私の作成した総会資料に誤りや間違いがあって
混乱させてしまった部分がありました。思いっ切り反省です。
それでも何とか45分ぐらいで全体会が終了しました。
第2部は、専門の講師の方をお招きしての講演会。
主題は『子どものいじめを考える～ひとの気づきから～』というものでした。
1時間非常に中身の濃いお話でした。残り時間はあまりなかったのですが、
各地区隊に分かれて連絡方法や集合場所などの話合いを行いました。
予定時刻を少しオーバーしてしまいました。資料のミスや時間配分、
出席人数が少なかったことなど今後の反省点多数で、どっぷり疲れてしまいました。
あー疲れた、ハァー。
