3/24-年度末の工事って…
この日は、午前中は配達もなかったので26日に予定しております誠親隊全体会の
資料をコピーしておりました。午後からは柏・松戸方面の配達に出掛けたのですが、
柏駅をすぎて、南柏付近から大渋滞。何の渋滞なのか、渋滞地点が遠かったため
分からなかったのですが、何十分かして、その渋滞理由が判明。
道路脇のガードレール撤去か、付替え工事のため一車線規制されているための
渋滞でした。見る限り何もこの年度末の道路が混む時期にやるような工事には
到底思えないような工事でした。その工事がなければ数分で通過できるところを
何十分もかかってしまいました。自治体によってなのかもしれませんが、
相変わらず年度末ということでしょうもない工事が多くなっているような
気がしてなりません。（予算消化？=無駄遣い?!）
