2/26-諸会議出席
この日は朝から冷たい雨の降る寒い１日となりました。午前中からひとしきり配達を
こなして、３時前に一度上がらせてもらいました。３月下旬に予定している誠親隊の
通常総会に向け、この日３時から役員会が開かれました。あれやこれやと議論して
５時過ぎまで会議が行われました。一度帰宅して、また７時から今度はお祭の方の
総代会議が開かれました。（場所はどっちも第３分団詰所）一緒に頑張ってきた総代が
一人家庭の事情でお辞めになるということで、緊急会議が開かれました。事情を聞いて
本人も納得しているようなので辞任が決定。すぐに後任選定をはじめ、後任の人にも
詰所に来てもらって後任も決定し、今年の当番も総代６人体制で臨めることに
なりました。午後からはずーと同じようなメンバーで会議をしていた気がします。
私としては、さほど忙しくもありませんが、どちらの会議も時間は長かったですが、
非常に中身の濃い会議で、１日で終わったので効率的で良かったと思いました。
