1/31-36回目の誕生日
前日とは打って変わって、寒風吹きすさぶ寒い1日となりました。
前日の久しぶりのゴルフ練習の影響から腕や肩を中心に筋肉痛で起きるのが
とても辛かったです。それでも何とか起き出して、午前中週2回発行しております
『［NEW］酒SHOPお買い得マガジン』を発行してから、商品仕入のため柏の市場へ
向かいました。午後からは、何軒かの配達をこなして、6時丁度に仕事を
切り上げました。この日は、私が誕生日ということで、夕食のメニューは
“特製ぎょうざ鍋”。私が小さい頃から好きで慣れ親しんで食べてきた家庭の味。
（鍋の中でも1番好きな鍋）この日ばかりは、大人がビール、子供達もジュースで乾杯。
白菜、春菊、きのこ類、お豆腐、ヒイカ（実はこれがいい出汁になります）、そして
主役のぎょうざ。この鍋に入れるぎょうざですが、中のお肉は牛豚合挽とかよりも
相性からいって、豚肉に限ります。まさに美味しい肴と美味しいお酒。幸せな気持ちに
なったのと、また明日から頑張ろう！という意欲が湧いた夕食でした。
